Food is such an enjoyable part of life. Growing
up in a Greek household meant that everything
revolved around food. Special occasions always involved a meal prepared and eaten with gusto.
Many years spent living in both Europe and Asia have shaped my approach to cooking, and there is nothing that I enjoy more than sharing my love of food with others.
Cooking is something anyone can do, and do it well. It does not have to be complicated or fussy, time or labor intensive. It just needs to be approached with joy!
